The Festival organising committee

  1. Reserves the right to select projects for publication at the exhibition and in the catalogue at its sole discretion.
  2. Reserves the right to use the presented projects (in their original or altered form) in advertising materials for the Festival and to transfer the rights of non- commercial publication to third parties for the promotion and advertising of the Festival.
  3. Reserves the right to disqualify work without explanation.
  4. Reserves the right to change the competition rules subject to an obligation to inform participants in the shortest possible time via the Festival website.
  5. The best works in all competitions are selected by a secret ballot of jury members.
